Once we receive all of your invoices and Customer Services Records, our auditors perform the following services:

Chambers Telecom Audit Fees
Our fees are based on a percentage of the savings realized as a result of a successful Chambers audit and recovery process. Our compensation is 50% of the first year’s savings, once adjustments are implemented, including 50% of any credits that are obtained for the client. An added benefit is that this sharing of savings means that we scrupulously monitor all of the bills that had any changes for a twelve month period once everything is fully implemented.
All of the above services are included in the Chambers Telecom Audit process, and are included in the basic fee over the initial twelve months of implementation. Beyond the Chambers Telecom Audit, clients may identify other questions and issues pertaining to their telecommunication systems and services. Following the initial twelve month implementation period, clients may choose to retain Chambers Advisory Group as their ongoing telecom advisors. Our auditors will continue to monitor and evaluate telecom services, assist with vendor negotiations, and provide advice on potential improvements or upgrades.
