Auditing Services

What does “auditing services” mean? And, what are the benefits of such a service?

When we, at the Chambers Advisory Group, perform an audit of services, we look at all areas of telecommunication. This includes; local service, long distance service, Internet access, other data services, cell phone services and pagers. The primary goal of the audit is to reduce costs and there are two ways that this can happen. The first cost reduction is simply to find more cost effective programs. And the other is to identify and eliminate any unnecessary services.

In the end our clients, at the very least, find that things are in good shape. More often than not however, there are recommendations that can be made to improve the situation and find cost savings. When this happens, with our clients permission, we implement the changes on their behalf.

How do we get paid for our auditing services? Our compensation is 50% of the first year’s savings, including 50% of any credits that are obtained for the client. An added benefit is that this sharing of savings means that we watch all of the bills that had any changes for a twelve month period once everything is fully implemented.

It is a simple, effective program.
