Telecom Auditing FAQ
Who performs the audit and where?
A Chambers Advisory Group professional telecom auditor reviews all invoices at Chambers offices.
How long will it take?
Once all of your invoices and Customer Service Records have been received, it could take 4 to 6 weeks to complete a report.
How much work will I need to do?
Not very much. You’ll need to provide your telecom invoices and sign letters of authorization allowing us to retrieve service records from your vendors and make changes, once approved.
How much savings can I expect?
Every audit is unique. We typically see savings in the 25% to 30% range. Some clients have saved more, and infrequently, less. One time refunds are not included in this monthly savings percentage.
Will there be any interruption in my service?
In many cases, there is no interruption in service. We will work together to find the best scheduling opportunity so that down-time is minimized.
Will I need to purchase any new equipment?
The telecom audit focuses strictly on your service usage, so there are no equipment adjustments.
Who negotiates with my vendors?
Chambers advisors take care of all communications and negotiations with vendors, with your prior authorization.
