How to Get Started

Chambers Advisory Group is dedicated to keeping our process simple for you. Reducing your costs is our goal – we don’t want to spend your time or money in order to save you money.

Chambers Telecom Audit

• Collect one recent month’s invoices for all your telecom accounts.

• Sign a Terms of Agreement to confirm a request for Chambers Telecom Audit service.

• Sign a Letter of Authorization allowing us to request service records from your vendors.

Once we receive these documents, our auditors will immediately begin to enter your telecom service data, and begin the complete audit.

E-Rate Priority One Telephone Services Filing
In order to accurately and completely prepare Priority One E-rate filing we will need:

• Copy of one recent month’s telecom bills for all lines and locations

• Location information including address, lines, and line function at each location

• Number of students served at specific locations by district

• School Lunch Participation information

• Contact Information

• Letter Of Authorization

• Copies of Contracts

Once we receive the above information, we will begin completing FCC Form 470.
